"Knowledge Exchange Program" is our signature program which invites specialty doctors around the world to Mongolia to work with local hospitals and conduct cooperative, patients examination. And during their stay, visiting doctors would observe Mongolian clinical and operational performance and conduct evaluation from their perspective and make recommendations for improvement. And as an NGO, we will compile and analyze evaluations and recommendations and do advocacy work to have key factors to be reflected in health policy and hospitals operations.

Greetings from Mongolia

ChuluunbaatarOn behalf of the First Central Hospital of Mongolia, it is my pleasure to invite you to collaborate with local medical professionals in a learning exchange experience in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. As the Medical Director of a hospital, I know that medical professionals share a common goal and commitment to society to provide high-quality healthcare. Many people are unaware of the current healthcare situation in Mongolia. Although we strive to provide accessible and high-quality care, we face many challenges. These include the lack of structured medical infrastructure and limited availability of well trained and experienced medical professionals [students, nurses, physicians, laboratory technicians]. With these deficits in mind, it is my hope to develop the intellectual capacity and capability of our educated workforce. I believe that having an exchange program with these highly skilled professionals will not only train and enhance our healthcare workers but it can also establish a sustainable program between two teaching hospitals to train and prepare the new generation of professionals. I am excited to invite you to join us for an educational and cultural exchange experience in the interest of improving our healthcare services. With your help and participation, we aim to decrease the public health disparity between our two countries. We ask for your help and participation to take an active part in this initiative. We welcome your family, as well, and we will do our best to make sure that you and your family have a memorable experience in Mongolia. If you are ready for making a meaningful and impactful change, Mongolia welcomes you with open arms! Should you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please visit the website for details on visas, safety, and a tentative itinerary. We would like to develop a sustainable relationship with you and we hope to have meaningful outcomes.
